He is a graduate of the Texas A&M and where he earned his M.S. degree in Geophysics as well as The University of Houston, earning his B.S in Geology & Geophysics.

Mr. Tipton’s extensive background in petroleum geosciences, coupled his wide range of field, environmental, laboratory and roughneck experience makes him an invaluable addition to our board.

Mr. Anderson is a highly accomplished and sought after Exploration Geologist and avid Pilot.

A Graduate of The University of Vermont, earning his Bachelors of Science in Geology and an Associates in Aviation Science, Kurt brings rigorous attention to detail and vast field experience across multiple disciplines to our most challenging projects.

Mr. Garvey possesses over 15 years of direct geo-steering and wellsite geology field experience, along with an undeniably positive attitude, no matter the challenge.

A Graduate of the University of Montana-Missoula, Petroleum Geologist, Paul’s passion for the outdoors, solving unconventional challenges and low control exploration makes him a perfect fit for Blackstone.

Mr. Frommerr is a highly accomplished and detail oriented Exploration & Geosteering Geologist.

After earning his Bachelor’s of Science in Geology at Idaho State University, Russell has dedicated over 20 years to the pursuit of excellence and knowledge, leading projects ranging from Geothermal and Unconventional Exploration to Environmental Paleontology .

Anthony Byron Reifschneider delivers a one-two punch of geological prowess and deep technical expertise, making him a valuable asset in the energy sector.

A graduate cum laude from The University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Science in Energy Geosciences and a Bachelor’s in Geology from Grand Valley State University, Anthony's relentless pursuit of perfection and eagerness to "get dirty and learn" set him apart.

With over 12 years of experience in subsurface evaluations, exploration, and development projects, he has worked extensively across major basins, including the Gulf of Mexico, Permian, Rockies, Eagle Ford, and Anadarko.

His career spans roles as a Consulting Geoscientist, IT Specialist, and Geological Data Expert, where he has integrated large and complex datasets to generate high-quality geologic models, develop machine learning applications, and enhance geotechnical workflows.

Anthony has collaborated with industry leaders such as ConocoPhillips, Chevron, Devon Energy, and Repsol, demonstrating his ability to bridge technical geoscience with IT solutions.

He has also served as a mentor, software tester, and session chair at industry conventions, further showcasing his leadership and expertise.
